Multi-Phase Development Updates

During the last quarter of 2025 we commenced with site clearing at Cove Rock. We previously communicated that our intention was to begin construction of our first two show houses by February or March 2026. Although not everyone has adhered to the agreed payment timelines, the development programme will continue as planned. We cannot allow delays by a few to hold back those who are ready. We are now prioritising those purchasers who are financially ready to begin building within the next three months. If you are ready to start building, simply email info@coverocknewdev.co.za - there is no registration process required. Just confirm that you are ready to proceed and we will guide you from there. These first builders will help establish the correct processes, compliance steps, and practical understanding of how construction should be undertaken within the development. This is an important stage and it must be done properly. Deadline to confirm readiness: 28 February 2026. We are also engaging with our land surveyor to ensure that stands which have been paid for are properly marked by the end of March.

We are pleased to announce that Plus Plant has been officially appointed as our land clearing contractor for all development phases. Their professional team is currently conducting clearing operations with state-of-the-art equipment on Farm 938 (Phase 1 & 2), removing vegetation and preparing the ground for the next phase of development. Farm 939 (Phase 3) is also planned but awaits confirmation from farm owners. The work is progressing according to schedule on Farm 938, with safety protocols strictly maintained throughout all operations.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Collin Davies as our professional land surveyor for comprehensive site pegging operations across all development phases. Mr. Davies brings extensive experience in large-scale land surveying and will commence his work immediately following the completion of land clearing operations by Plus Plant. The surveying and site pegging phase is scheduled to begin in December 2025 or January 2026, ensuring precise demarcation of individual plots on both Farm 938 and Farm 939 according to SPLUMA approval specifications.

Our development team met with Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality officials to discuss and finalize the infrastructure requirements for all phases of Cove Rock Development.
