2. Note that the sites sold by COVE ROCK NEW DEVELOPMENT are commercial sites.
3. Participants who complete this form and pay a stipulated administration fee will be prioritized in coming projects. In other words, they get some of the information first, before it is released to the rest of the public. That information may include the coming space for sale, for instance.
4. The admin fee is to process this form and keep information in the database, so that the applicant gets the preference in coming projects. Communication is normally done by text or e-mail.
5. Each project or space available for sale shall come with its own terms, which shall be specified.
6. To ensure your successful prioritization, ensure that your contact details (especially the mobile number(s) and e-mail address) are correct in our database.
7. We have our own legal representatives to administer the transfer.
8. In some instance, information may need to be verified for authenticity. Should any unauthentic information be provided here, your disqualification will be guaranteed.
